News from the World of L410

19.01.2012 20:02 Aircraft Industries and Interglobe Established Pvt Ltd have concluded a representative agreement for promoting and supporting sales of L410 aircraft in India, Bhutan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Maldives. Cooperation of the companies has already resulted in issuance of Acceptance Type Certificate for L410UVP-E20 by Indian DGCA, which will allow using the proven and reliable L410 aircraft on the local routes in a near future.

15.07.2011 17:36 One of the newest L410, L410UVP-E20, c/n 2722, registered PR-NOB and serving at Brasil's NOAR since June 2010, crashed on July 13th, 2011 near the Recife airport. (Older sister ship with the company can be seen on this photo.)

06.06.2011 22:30 Let 410UVPE-20 c/n 2733 (OK-AIT) departed Kunovice on delivery flight via Kosice, Kiev Zhulyany and Voronezh to Kazan on 06.06.2011. It will be operating on behalf UMGK - Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (majority owner Aircraft Industries L410 manufacturer) after VIP salon fitting.

15.03.2011 23:26 Another new L410UVP-E20 with serial number 2738 departed from Kunovice via Kiev and Voronezh to Kazan on Saturday, 12 March, 2011. It was already the fourth new plane, before enter to service by Russian Air Force temporary registered as OK-ODJ, which left the Aircraft Industries assembly line this year.

28.02.2011 21:32 Aircraft Industries Inc has dispatched another, already third in this year, new L410. The c/n 2734 L410UVP-E20 (reg. F-OIXG) left on 26.02. morning for a long journey to French Guyana. Flight to South America is planned to take 6 days with total of 4 stopovers in Sevilla, Lanzarote, Cape Verde and Fortaleza. The new aircraft is delivered in a standard 19-seat version, equiped with digital avionics and also with quick change foldable seats kit which allows easy conversion of the aicraft interior in accordance with immediate need for transporting passengers or cargo. It will join the fleet of another two L410 aircraft being successfully operated by regional air carrier Air Guyane Express.

25.01.2011 17:46 Aircraft Industries delivered the first new L410UVP-E20 in 2011. The c/n 2732 aircraft took off from Kunovice airport on Sunday, January 23rd and headed via Bari, Heraklion, Paphos, Luxor and Port Sudan to Djibouti for Djibouti Air Force transport fleet. Along with the aircraft delivered in analog avionics configuration and standard 19-seat commuter version, also several conversion kits for quick conversion of the aircraft interior were delivered. Those kits enable quick change of the passenger cabin arrangement according to operator’s needs into VIP, cargo or air ambulance variant. Aircraft Industries are going to delivery 15 new aircrafts this year.

01.11.2010 10:26 Fire caught many years stored Let 410 by the apron of Otrokovice airport (Czech Republic) yesterday. The c/n 851411 aircraft was totally destroyed, who and why set on fire is not known at the moment. Last owner of this L410, registered as OK-PDO, was TB Invest Group.

24.10.2010 00:24 One of the Let 410 prototypes and the oldest of this aircraft in service crashed in Democratic Republic of Congo on 21.10.2010. C/n X0101 32 years old aircraft was lost in the hills terrain around the airport of departure (on Tracep cargo Bukavu - Shabunda flight). The 9Q-CUA registered L410 was the most known as OK-IYA by Aeronautical Research and Test Institute Prague (1981-2003), sold to Africa then.

07.10.2010 21:48 On Monday morning 4th October 2010 another new L410UVP-E20 aircraft with serial no. 2724 (OK-SDT) took off from the Kunovice Airport. It is already the second plane delivered to Russia within this year. It will operate for regional passenger and cargo transport in Kamchatka region. The aircraft is delivered in the standard 19-seat configuration and is equipped with digital avionics including autopilot.

14.09.2010 09:16 New L410UVP-E20 took off from Kunovice to nearly 12 000 km long delivery flight to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (via Voronezh, Ufa, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Yakutsk and Chita) on 12.09. morning. The c/n 2723 OK-SLV registered aircraft is first of three for Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Air Enterprise. It will be follow by OK-SDT (c/n 2724) at the end of September and c/n 2725 within this year. The aircrafts are delivered in the standard 19-seat configuration and are equipped with digital avionics including autopilot.
